How I Work
If you choose my services, we will embark on a journey together. Our initial meeting will provide an opportunity for you to share memories of your loved one. Following our conversation, I will draft a service, including if you choose, a eulogy, for you to review and make changes, ensuring that the service honours and celebrates the life of your loved one.
Organising a funeral can be overwhelming, but I’m here to provide structure and support. Drawing on my diverse background, I can guide you through the elements that may comprise your ceremony, creating a structured plan for the service. This plan serves as a guide, aiding us in organising a ceremony tailored to your preferences.
Some of the elements we may talk about are:
Music you would like to incorporate
Words of welcome
Eulogies/tributes
Readings of poetry/prose
Moments of reflection
The committal
Closing words/thanks.
Together, we will create the ‘Order of Service,’ incorporating these personal elements to create the ceremony which best reflects your, and your loved one’s needs.
Crafting and presenting a eulogy in the midst of grief can be a challenging task. I’m here to help by incorporating your memories and sentiments into a meaningful eulogy that truly reflects your loved one’s life and character. Whether you would like me to speak on your behalf or assist you in doing so, I am here to support your needs.
On the day of the funeral, I will personally greet you at the chapel or crematorium, guiding both you and the congregation through the agreed service. Additionally, I will introduce and provide support to anyone wishing to read, participate, or make a tribute, ensuring a seamless and heartfelt commemoration of your loved one.
